I actually really enjoyed the 9001 foundation course. I was a bit skeptical dialing in at first as I was unsure what to expect but Ruth explained course objectives very clearly and to the point and made the content of the course interesting and relatable to any industry. I also enjoyed the interactive parts of the course as it was a great opportunity to meet new people with completely different business backgrounds yet again the course was relevant to us all. Overall I feel I got all relevant information and would absolutely recommend the course.
I found this course very informative, really made me think about possible scenarios in my workplace where the course was relatable and how it could be implemented effectively. Ruth the instructor was a wealth of knowledge and very approachable. We were given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and openly discuss the topics in question. Would highly recommend this course to others.
