A practical look at the ISO 9001 standard and the approaches to implementing it in your organisation. The course is spread across 5 weeks to enable you to put your learning into practice as you progress through it.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The course is suitable for anyone considering, or anyone who will be responsible for, implementing ISO 9001:2015 in their organisation, particularly those approaching it without the support of a consultant. It is also useful for anyone responsible for maintaining and improving the management system in their organisation. The course is generic and is intended to be applicable to any organisation, regardless of its type or size or the products and services it provides.

We recommend that you have completed the ISO 9001:2015 Foundation Course before undertaking this course, as a basic level of understanding is expected in order to focus more on the application of the standard during this course.
